Card signs
The chip verifies the fleet permit, then signs a payment intent with its non-exportable P-256 key.
Ethereum and Solana, on the same physical card. One tap signs the payment inside the chip, with instant on-chain settlement and no wallet interaction at checkout.

The terminal handles any compatible card, without prior registration or card-specific prewarming.
Funds settle as a verifiable transaction on EVM or SVM rails.
What we built
For acquirers and sub-acquirers
Venturus Card is not an intermediary for moving numbers in a private database. Every tap is an instantly verifiable blockchain transaction.
The partner opportunity is simple: integrate the rail once, distribute through the machines you already operate, and give merchants access to card-present on-chain payments without changing the checkout ritual.
System
The same Java Card applet signs payment intents for EVM and SVM. The private key stays inside the chip, and larger payments require PIN confirmation.
An enrolled terminal obtains a fleet permit and reads the card in one NFC session. No card-specific preparation or second tap is needed.
Safe accounts and payment modules on EVM, or program-controlled vaults on Solana, verify the signed intent and execute the transfer.
Fleet control
A hosted controller connects terminal operations to the chip's authorization checks, without taking custody of customer funds.
Each terminal authenticates with its own cryptographic identity. Installing the app alone does not grant access to card payments.
Operators control allowed networks, tokens and merchants, and can revoke a terminal's access to new payment permits.
The card checks a fleet-signed permit bound to its fresh challenge and the exact payment. No valid permit, no payment signature.
Authenticated terminal activity, permits, denials and reported payment outcomes give operators a view of their fleet.
Why it matters
The card is the signer, not a prop for a cloud wallet.
The merchant enters amount, the customer taps, the terminal handles the rails.
One chip authorizes payments on EVM and SVM, with independent balances on each network.
Pilot
If you operate terminals, merchants, acquiring relationships, or a payment lab, this is the moment to see it live. Venturus can bring the working prototype, physical cards, POS flow, and technical roadmap.
